We meet our clients at the outset of their business and help develop the documents that will serve as the foundation of the relationship with their customers, walking our clients through every clause to make sure they understand the potential legal and business impacts. We also revise established templates to align with current business and legal risks and best practices. When our clients are actively buying or selling goods or services, we review the vendor or customer's terms and advise our clients on the risks and benefits, and provide communication support throughout the life of the negotiation.
